License Requirement: A boat with up to 30 horsepower may be rented without a license.
Inspection: Before renting the boat, the customer must personally inspect it to ensure that it meets their satisfaction.
Policy: The boat will be provided at full tank capacity, and the customer will be charged for the fuel used upon returning the boat.
Liability Insurance: The boat is covered by liability insurance for any personal or material damages caused by a collision at sea.
Customer Belongings: Ahoy! is not responsible for any loss or damage to the customer's belongings during the rental period.
Damage Responsibility: The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the boat due to improper or careless use, and will be solely responsible for the costs of repair.
Return Time: The boat must be returned before sunset, and returning the boat earlier than the agreed time will not result in a refund.
Navigation Restrictions: Only the person who rented the boat and received instructions on its use is allowed to navigate and control it. The maximum distance allowed between the boat and coastline is 2 nautical miles.
